Default VHDL Standard Language Reference Manual

Hello,

I have recently visited http://webstore.ansi.org/ and found that they
sell the IEEE Standard VHDL Language Reference Manual at USD126. This
seems quite expensive compared to most other programming language
standards which tend to sell for around USD18. Anyone know where
I can find a draft copy of the standard online?

Thanks,

Neil
