Default Configuration file

Hi All,
Should the configuration file be compiled in the same library as the entity
i.e : Entity X in library Libx
Configuraion Y in LibY.. or they have to be in the same library.

LRM 1.3:

For a configuration of a given design entity, both the con.guration
declaration and the corresponding entity declaration must reside in the same
