Default What's the difference between PrimePower, Power Compiler and PowerMill?

I have a RTL description of a circuit. I want to get the power
consumption on this circuit. There are at least three tools associated
with power, which are PrimePower, Power Compiler and PowerMill.
To fulfill my goal, which tool shall I use?
Moreover, could somebody give me a brief description of each tool?
What's the difference between them? Thanks.
