Cheapest DSP board in India

Hi,

I am starting out with DSPs and I want to buy a board. From the research
have done, the OMAP Beagle board is the cheapest at about Rs.13000($260)
but then I have no idea how to do DSP on that. Does anyone know of
cheaper, 'pure' DSP board which I can get in India? Analog Devices boards
by the way, seem to be way too expensive.
