The Role:
The U.S. States Group within US Public Finance covers the 50 U.S. states and several U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico. As an Associate/Associate Director in the U.S. States Group, you assume the lead role on a portfolio of states and contribute to and, often, author state sector publishing efforts. As a state analyst, you will be required to develop an in-depth understanding of the main drivers of credit conditions in the states that you cover. This includes, but is not limited to, economic performance, budget process and status, financial liquidity patterns, legislative and political developments, debt practices, and the federal-state and state/local relationship as it applies to the your specific portfolio of states. You will also be required to remain informed and aware of developments and trends in the sector as a whole. You are expected to publish timely and insightful credit reports as well as thought leadership pieces that are more specific to developments in your states or emerging trends in the sector. As an Associate/Associate Director, you are also expected to be a thoughtful contributor to credit committee discussions in your role as either primary analyst, backup, or voter. The position requires you to interact with high level government officials, investors, intermediaries, members of the media, and representatives from industry groups, among others. Furthermore, you are required to regularly communicate with local government portfolio analysts as well as higher education analysts to keep them informed about developments in your states that could affect local and higher education issuers.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

An Associate Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university will substitute for all of the required experience.
An Associate Degree in Accounting Technology from a Louisiana Technical College will substitute for all of the required experience.

As an Auditor for the DOE OIG, you will conduct performance and financial audits perform systematic examinations and appraisals of financial-related records, reports, management controls, and policies and practices which reflect the financial condition of DOE organizations and activities, contractors, and grantees, including state and local governments, laboratories, universities, and private industrial and business operations.
You will be responsible for preparing work papers/reports to document the audit process including audit objectives and related conclusion, deficiencies, and recommendations for corrective action. You will also assist higher level auditors in determining areas of high risk to focus on during the audit, and other related assigned duties.

To meet these requirements, you must have obtained a qualifying associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctoral, or technical/vocational degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution within the previous two years.

DUTIES:
As an Auditor for the DOE OIG, you will conduct performance and financial audits perform systematic examinations and appraisals of financial-related records, reports, management controls, and policies and practices which reflect the financial condition of DOE organizations and activities, contractors, and grantees, including state and local governments, laboratories, universities, and private industrial and business operations.
You will be responsible for preparing work papers/reports to document the audit process including audit objectives and related conclusion, deficiencies, and recommendations for corrective action. You will also assist higher level auditors in determining areas of high risk to focus on during the audit, and other related assigned duties.

Screens, examines and evaluates patients, including history, systems review, and application of appropriate tests and measures, synthesis information and interprets examination findings in order to establish a diagnosis, identify impairments, determine the predicted level of improvement and the time required to achieve it, identify precautions/contraindications and design and plan of care. Develops appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the patient and caregivers, implements the occupational therapy treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services. 2. Supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
3. Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences and other related meetings.
4. Consults with and/or makes referrals to other disciplines, agencies in order to address the comprehensive needs of the patient.

This role is ideal for someone desiring one-on-one patient care, flexible schedule, and building purposeful relationships. You will work with clinical home care staff to be mentored and trained for this position. REQUIREMENTS: Providing 8 or 12 hour full time shifts in the home of our clients. Addressing/collaborating clinical concerns. Managing all physician ordered care while communicating a change in client status or Plan of Care to: Clinical Supervisor, caregivers and office staff. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Current Minnesota RN/LPN license in good standing. Minimum one year recent, verifiable clinical experience, preferably in home care. Child Abuse clearance in states where applicable. Strong assessment and organizational skills. Demonstrated successful track record of reliability. Ambition to grow and advance clinically.
