We are looking for people with significant experience of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), together with the team working skills to interface effectively with other project staff and the ability to lead.
Key accountabilities
Reporting to the Firmware Team Leader and working closely with the project leadership, you will take responsibility for completion of a project FPGA Workpackage on schedule and to required processes and standards so as to achieve the DO-254 approval required for flight release.
To achieve this you will apply your excellent coordination and technical skills with responsibilities including schedule development, progressing and reporting monitoring and reviewing output to ensuring work is in line with DO-254 plans and applicable procedures and ensuring all required FPGA process reviews and audits are passed with expedient resolution of any actions.
You will also make a key contribution to continuous improvement of Firmware methods, processes, procedures and tools.

Basic Skills:
- Proven experience of successful work package leading with excellent demonstrable skills including planning, delegation, coordination and communication.
