Default synthesis in Synopsys for 0.13 technology

hi all,

I am new to ASIC synthesis by synopsys, please advise me about my few
basic confusions:-

If I want to target my design for IBM0.13 technology, what kind of
files I need to have to be used as library for this technology?(apart
from a sunthesiszable design)

synopsys/syn I can see a list of libraries like lsi10k.db,
lsi7k.db........etc..

How I can check for which technology a particular library can be used?
for example lsi10k.db, does it refer to 0.25micron or not?

I hope my question is clear enough..

thanks,

mirzxa
