Default cheapest cpld / fpga learner kit ?

Hi,
I want to buy some kit using xilinx/altera's cpld or fpga. I want to be
write verilog/vhdl program and fuse in and see it work @ my house. I wish it
to be very cheap - <100 USD. I am from india.

You should be in comp.arch.fpga NG.

You would then know about several low cost FPGA kits, Xilinx has a
nice new $99 sp3 board you can find more about by looking at recent
posts.

If you go to

http://www.fpga-faq.com/FPGA_Boards.shtml

you can find a few companies with lower $, lesser features.
