Also I came across the probing solution provided by nexus technologies for DDR3 probing(
http://nexustechnology.com/products/...3/scope/).They extend the DIMM board to some G3PO connectors on the same board. And then one can use the SMA to G3PO cables to probe the signals.
I would like to have some feedbacks if someone has already used it.I have the following points for the same.
1)The nexus solution seems have some skew between the differential signals like between Clk and Clk_B and DQS and DQS_B.So one might have to DESKEW the differential pair in the scope. Can there be any issue in measurements due to this skew?
2)I am not sure how mechanical strong this solution is?I mean, connecting/disconnecting the G3PO conectors all the time on this board may damage this board?
In case you have some more feedbacks in terms of Signal Integrity for this solution then please let me know.

Rajeev
