Semtech, Analog Devices, Planet ATE (soon Intersil) and Maxim come to mind
- they all have suitable devices (also called "pin electronics") geared
towards semiconductor test equipment.

There are some pin driver parts used in ATE systems that may work very
well
in this application.

Hi,
I believe that the OPAMP will have a better frequency response, but the
switch will have more current drive capability.
It will be difficult to find a solution to match this high frequency and
high switching amplitude that you are working. If you could lower one of
those (frequency or amplitude) will make it much more easier.
Good Luck
