Default [SI-LIST] PCIe Gen2 Add In Card passing CLB

We have sampled a number of PCIe Gen 2 add in cards that are supposed to have
passed the CLB sigtest tests. We have seen a variety of issues where they either don't
support the 100MHz clock to trigger the TX compliance pattern or they do not
pass the required jitter metrics.
Does anyone have a recommendation of an add in card that they know will pass
the CLB and associated sigtest?

Default [SI-LIST] Re: PCIe Gen2 Add In Card passing CLB

Apparently, passing PCIe compliance tests is not a common occurrence.
I have tested two different Intel chipsets both failed.
