Hi Lingamoorthi,

welcome to the world of "black science" ;-)

SI is a huge field, and without knowing your area of interest

Try http://www.sigcon.com/ This is Howard Johnson's website (author of "High Speed Digital Design" which is a great reference for signal integrity design)

Doug Smith has also tons of information at www.dsmith.org

Then there is Eric Bogatin website http://www.bethesignal.com/

And Istvan novaks page: http://www.electrical-integrity.com/

Agilent has a nice page too: http://signal-integrity-tips.com/

There have been many si-list threads like yours, looking for books, tools and web informantion. Just search the si-list archive: http://www.freelists.org/archives/si-list

Can you please let me know the step by step procedure to perform simulation
to know more about
Ringing

Default [SI-LIST] Re: Simulation procedures

Hello, Lingamoorthi,

For tool-specific procedures, please consider attending Cadence training.
One could also ask for support from a Cadence Field Applications Engineer..

There are a number of excellent signal integrity training seminars, but they
are generally not tool-specific.

Lynne

Default [SI-LIST] Re: Simulation procedures

Lingamoorthy please avail yourself to some of the many SI instructional
materials available on the web and in books identified in previous
answers to you. If after applying yourself, you have a specific
question there are many here who will be happy to answer.
