Thanks go to volunteer CHREC students that designed and optimized this app
over the summer (Carlo, Sunny, Abhijeet) and to Dave Strenski at Cray for
his advice and baseline FASTA/SW code from the Cray XD1.



We have several other apps cooking. If anyone in the OpenFPGA community has
another app in mind that you think should be considered for Novo-G, we would
welcome the input.
