B2 Networks Chooses JetPay Merchant
Services for Payments Processing

JetPay Merchant Services, LLC, an affiliate of Dallas-based payments
services company Transactional Technologies, LLC and the nation's
leading provider of the JetPay™ suite of payment transaction
processing solutions, has been retained as the exclusive provider of
payment transaction processing services for B2 Networks, LLC. Under the
terms of the agreement, JetPay will process all Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover card payments for event purchases
distributed by B2 Networks.

FBI Alerts Public to Recent Email Scheme

The FBI warned the public to avoid falling victim to an on-going mass
e-mail scheme wherein computer users receive unsolicited e-mails
purportedly sent by the FBI. These scam e-mails tell the recipients
that their Internet use has been monitored by the FBI's Internet
Fraud Complaint Center and that they have accessed illegal web sites.
