The Xilinx datasheet for your part will tell you how much memory it
has in terms of kilobits of block RAM (integrated dual-port memory)
and distributed RAM (memory you can build from the fabric while
losing the logic those cells would otherwise provide).
Xilinx also has Appnotes and User Guides which go into more detail
on the memory. If you browse the Xilinx site under Documentation,
Device family, etc. you should find all of the documents related
to Spartan 3A DSP.
