Can recommend a decent supplier of the above parts in small qty for
the UK?

I've tried Emailing Insight Memec who have so far ignored me and
Digikey who apparently don't stock them!!

Also a supplier of NAND flash who also supply free simulation models
would be nice!! but that's another story.

Nuhorizons list available parts. But probably they are prohibited by Xilinx
to ship those parts to the UK. Ask them!

Try phoning them; distributors don't take much notice of emails, I've found.
