Default problem in last step of uploading the circuit to fpga

hi

I have started using fpga and quartus 2 one week ago, everything was working fine but n
the last step I had two problem, look at the picture:

first problem is that in "hardware setup" I don't find "usb blaster "any more, although
it was there before.

second problem is that when I press "find file" I don't find the required file that should be uploaded to fpga ( I think it's .sof file)
I hope any one know how to fix this problem.
thanks.
