Help for video compression

HI Every body,

I hope well to help me in regards to my problem: I want to program a
coding unit of video that is the one of estimation and movement
compensation while using the language
VHDL, I want well to have an outline defining the entries and gone out
in order to facilitate me the comprehension, puique I am very
beginning in this domain.
