any implementation?

This type of question just goes to show how a student would as a
question verses a professional would as the same question.

First, it's a gamil account.

Second, the OP has not indicated if they even knows what BCJR and DVB-SH
stand for.

Third, He is not asking for help, he is asking for someone to hand him a
solution.

Roughly speaking, Turbo decoder contains two BCJR decoding process.
