Questions like this one should be addressed to the newsgroup. When
someone does trouble me with them at home, "please" is appropriate.

Can you draw or at least interpret phasor diagrams? If you can, I can
show you a simple all-pass with three resistors and a capacitor. I
recently described on that is basically similar and uses a single R-C
and a transformer with a centertapped secondary. Maybe you can find it.
