Default mobile com/ Physical layer companies in Germany

Hi
Does anyone know the major mobile com / physical layer companies in
germany? I am looking for a DSP L1 job there.

Like:
Siemens
agere (optimay)
Philips dresden
willtek

Not sure how much L1 stuff is really done in Germany. Infineon would be
one address that comes to my mind.

To give you an example from a different field, ADSL. Siemens uses TI
chips for L1, TI implements intellectual property rights from Aware. In
this case you really need to know what you want to do, otherwise you end
up in the wrong company.
