The PDF e-book also comes on a CD that's in the back of the
hard-copy. This is fantastic for those of us whose primary
work is done on a network that's not connected to the Internet.

Besides the e-book, the CD also has code examples and homework
solutions.

I bought my copy before a CD was included. Do you know if the web site
contains a downloadable image of it? (One of those rare questions that
really are stupid. I could look for myself.)
