Default Efficient algorithm to compute a DFT for an arbitrary set offrequencies

Hello all,

Here comes a little algorithm that I tailor-made for one of my
projects. Just like "Goertzels Algorithm" this one should be employed
to compute a DFT for a small set of frequencies rather than the whole
spectra. If you like it, please feel free to use or distribute it.
