Contract - port audio compression to TI DSP

Hello all,

This task is probably not too onerous but we will be pushed for time
and this is an easily hived off project.

We need to port the wavpack audio compression algorithm to a TI DSP
('VC5509A). http://www.wavpack.com/ and source at
http://www.wavpack.com/sources.zip.
