Default CDMA in Simulink

I'm trying to implement a CDMA type signal in Simulink, with only a few

given parameters.

I'm taking a signal from the output of a (digital) demultiplexer, which

has 2048 bins over a BW of 1280MHz (so bin size is 625KHz).

I assume my signal has already been coded with a PN sequence (a copy of

which I have).

How can I implement a CDMA type signal in Simulink using this
information? is there anything else I need to know before I can
continue? My knowledge of CDMA isn't that great, but I know the basics.

Cheers,

Phil
