Default Assembler for ST18932 / ST18933 ?

I'm looking for an assembler that will target the ancient ST18932 or
ST18933. I am also wondering what ST microarchitecture family the
ST18932 core belongs to, i.e., ST7, STM8 or similar? It was released
around 1990 and preceded the D950.

I found this PDF documentation of ST's assembler/linker which mentions
the ST18932 but provides no more details:

Here is a datasheet on the ST18933 but it provides no details on
programming the ST18932 core aside from mentioning the PC development
rig:
