This might depend on whether the jurisdiction over the OP,
or of the source from which a digital transfer is obtained,
legally treats copyright infringement the same as thievery,
and also has granted a monopoly copyright to the book's
authors, or honors copyrights granted by another country,
by treaty, for instance.
