Sorry for offtopic,

I am looking for job opportunity of individual (self-employed) DSP software
developer for offshore programming. My location is Moscow Russia. My
specialization is telecommunication: modem techniques, speech processing and
computer telephony.

Please advise me, where can I find sites, forums or conference concerning
DSP projects online trading , bid requests and so on? Something like Rent A
Coder site (www.rentacoder.com), but specialized in DSP.

Thanks in advance,

Iliya.

Last years, I worked for the Spirit Corp, the largest DSP software
development and outsourcing company in Russia. I have arranged essential
development equipment at my home office. Complete resume, letters of
recommendation and code examples will be furnished on request.

My programming experience and development process organization ensures high
development quality, meeting tight schedule and development of easy to
integrate and support code. While the offshore outsourcing principles will
keep your development expense reasonably low.

Russia has a good competition position as offshoring destination for DSP
development, and macroeconomic situation and legal system in Russia are
getting more favorable for outsourcing. In the future, we will be able to
further extend the business by involving other Russian DSP engineer,
hardware and FPGA designers.
