It's right on Amazon. You can get it used, too. That's what I recommend.
I just bought that Kernighan & Ritchie C book on Amazon used for half of the
$45 it costs new, and it's in great shape.

I think that C book has been in print since before I was born and the thin
paperback still sells for $45. Kernighan and Ritchie may not have made a
fortune at Bell Labs, but they have to be living the high life in the
Carribbean with all the royalties they've made from that book.
