Most recently, Hands has been involved in the definition and launch of the LatticeXP2 non-volatile FPGAs, the low cost LatticeECP2 FPGAs, and the MachXO crossover programmable logic products. Prior to joining Lattice, Hands worked in system design for four years. He has an MBA from Arizona State University and a BEng from the University of Birmingham, England.
