Gleichmann Electronics Research

Since 1976 Gleichmann Electronics (Tele Radio Space) has made a name for itself as the leading NEC technical distributor in Europe. In 2002 to support the growing demand from our customers for qualified technical support, the ASIC Design Centre in Munich was founded. Its emphasis is on ASIC design, the development of macros and to develop the first systems of the Hpe FPGA development board family. In 2004 Gleichmann Research was founded after a long, successful and continuing cooperation with the Polytechnic University of Upper Austria in Hagenberg near Linz.

Whilst the ASIC Design Centre is continuing with the development of ASICs for Gleichmann, Gleichmann Electronics Research is solely responsible for development and support of the FPGA & ASIC development tools and operates as an independent company.
