Silicon Blue is a startup developing ultra low power FPGAs. The initial product include the ICE series.
SiliconBlue's new low-cost, ultra-low power, reprogrammable, non-volatile, SRAM based FPGAs provide the ideal platform for building consumer and handheld applications. Their FPGAs allow OEMs to build full custom design, easily meeting targets for system cost and power. IC vendors can use their devices in conjunction with the existing standard chips to build multi-chip system-in-package implementations(SiP).
