Realization of FREQUENCY counter with Spartan-3E Starter Kit
i'm working with the spartan 3e starter kit and using the provided frequency counter from xilinx. At the beginning I have to create a code VHDL which describes the method of measure of the frequency Of the signal entry... I would like the show the results that are on the LCD on the PC using the rs232.
I find difficulties at the level of creation of the code VHDL....
