Looking for audio development kit

Hi Experts,

I a looking for a FPGA development kit for audio application. Following is my wish list items which I want on development board -

- Audio codecs, A/D and D/A

- Line in/out

- Inputs for at least two microphones

- 32 bit micro controller - preferably some ARM variant

- at least 30 K LE on FPGA (no preference for any vendor)

Could somebody point me to right kit. I looked around on xilinx/altera web sites and eval boards from avnet - but have not been able to find aforementioned items in my search.
