how to transfer JPEG image onto an FPGA board

Hi,
I have a Spartan 3 starter board. I would like to know how a JPEG image can be transferred to the board.

Hi.. I would like to get a JPEG file which resides on a PC onto the FPGA. I will be designing a Jpeg decoder and doing some processing on the image. The resultant image will be transferred back to the PC...

are you going to transfer JPEG image directly on FPGA or you are going to convert it on FPGA?????
