Crash course on FPGA Design

Hey everyone I am in need of help. I am going for a job interview in 2 weeks and I need to do a crash course in FPGA development(design, languages, simulation, synthesis, etc.). I have a degree in computer engineering, but last two years I have been working in IT field. So I have some background in verilog and a little fpga development. Anyone have any suggestions on some good books or websites or any suggestions on how I can best prepare?

I am the one involved in training at System Level Solutions and we are starting the Crash course on FPGA/CPLD design with Altera tools from Students from 28th of January.
