Crash course on FPGA Design

Hey everyone I am in need of help.  I am going for a job interview in 2 weeks and I need to do a crash course in FPGA development(design, languages, simulation, synthesis, etc.).  I have a degree in computer engineering, but last two years I have been working in IT field.  So I have some background in verilog and a little fpga development.  Anyone have any suggestions on some good books or websites or any suggestions on how I can best prepare?

FPGA Design

Hi,

Im new to FPGA design and I have only designed an alarm clock using modelsim but not programmed it onto an actual FPGA. I am trying to design a board with an FPGA chip that will communicate via I2C serial interface with a USB microcontroller which will be connected to a laptop and Will light up some LED's by pushing some buttons on a GUI. This GUI will also display video using the RGB parallel port. I need advise on how to go about this.

Thanks
