BPI PROM indirect programming in ML605

Well hello every one.

The issue is regarding the Configuration of FPGA

The Issue was that I am downloading .mcs file to BPI PROM successfully but after restarting FPGA, FPGA does not load itself from there.

Well I use BPI PROM indirect programming using iMPACT tool.
I have ML605 Virtex 6 FPGA board. It has mode bits M[2:0] with setting 010 and I did that as well.
also switch S2 was set to High as indicated.
Initially I was not getting DONE pin high so through a forum I get to know and in ISE 'generate programming file' option's process properties I checked the DonePipe and DriveDone High.

Later I get to download the file successfully (as message indicated) and I also read the memory to verify that as well.

Now when I power OFF and ON the FPGA, the FPGA should load itself from PROM but it did not...!
So I could not understand what actually is the problem
