Which Fpga having more BRAM and Logic cells ?

Hi all.,
In our project needs FPGA with more BRAM (900 numbers) and logic gate (6 million), but if the FPGA having more BRAM then logic gate count is less and vice versa. So please any one suggest me which FPGA will satisfies this requirement.
